Google Calendar Export ("we", "our", or "the tool") is a free web application that allows users to export their Google Calendar events to CSV or JSON format. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Data We Access

When you use our tool, we request read-only access to your Google Calendar data through the Google Calendar API. Specifically, we access:

• Event titles (summary)
• Event start and end times
• Event locations
• Event descriptions

How We Use Your Data

Your calendar data is used solely to:

• Display your events in the browser
• Generate CSV or JSON files for download
• Copy event data to your clipboard (when you choose this option)

Data Storage

We do not store any of your calendar data. All processing happens entirely in your browser (client-side). Your data is never sent to our servers, saved in databases, or retained after you close the browser tab. We have no backend storage systems.

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with any third parties. Your calendar information stays exclusively in your browser and is only used to generate the export files that you download directly to your device.

Google API Services

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

We use secure HTTPS connections for all communications. Authentication is handled directly through Google's OAuth 2.0 system. We never see or store your Google password or authentication tokens beyond the current browser session.

Your Rights

You can revoke this application's access to your Google Calendar at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions.
